Heard on the radio this morning: George Barris, the king of Hollywood's
car customizers, is auctioning off some of his stock because he's run out
of room in his warehouses. This includes the Batmobile, the Munsters'
coach, and several vehicles from "Blade Runner." Three $50,000 bids
have already been received on the Batmobile, which will be auctioned by
Adam West, former Batman. The auction will be held on Sep. 24-25 next
to Universal Studios.
