[comp.sys.laptops] 384K missing?

I don't know about your ZEOS BIOS specifically, but on my AT clone
you have to have an extra little program called ramdrive.sys (some
systems have one called VDISK.sys) which is called as a device in
the config.sys setup program, as in

device=ramdrive.sys 360/e

The 360 means that 360K of RAM is set aside for a RAMdrive, the /e means that
the RAM you'll use is the extended ram (i.e., above the 640K of DOS).

Is some virtual memory or RAMdrive program not included with your DOS
package? RAMdrive.sys is listed as an installable device driver in my
Microsoft MS-DOS 3.2 manual, so at least it's part of the 3.2 package....

Good luck
Jeff
