I recently aquired a 5.25" color LCD display panel from a surplus dealer. He said that it came from a Zenith portable that they never marketed. It is a Hitachi part number TM16D01HC (ser # 8M0028 (WS) ). It has a flourescent backlight, same p/n (ser 8M0035 (WS) ). I would like to get some technical specs on this unit. Anyone out there got an address for Hitachi or know anything about this display? It is the largest color LCD that I have managed to get my hands on and I really want to make it work.
