I just saw an add for one of these in the New York Times (for about $1400), and it reminds me of the Tandy 1500HD as much as the Panasonic CF-150 reminds me of the Tandy 1100. The 1400HD has a 720k floppy and 20 mb hard drive. Its processor is a NEC V20 running at 8mhz. It has 768k of RAM, the upper 128k of which is usable as a RAM disk or, with utilities available elsewhere, as a limited expanded RAM area. Not a bad machine, esp with its excellent screen, but the keyboard is a bit stiff and it is a little heavy - 12 lbs.
