Has anyone some experience with Toshiba ? I mean, is there which
has ever had problems with this company, or am I the only guy
having trouble with them ?
Listen... I have order my T1000XE, with an external 3.5 floppy
and a 2400 internal modem in early mid september. I received the
T1000XE a month after. There was two lines of the screen which
were broken... So I send it back... 15 days after, I received
the Toshiba and the modem... This time, the screen was ok...
About after having worked about 3 hours with it, another line
broke down... So I phoned directly to Toshiba in Montreal...
They said that there was no other solution than to give it
back... As I needed it for my work at the moment, I kept it...
And I have it still !!! What about the floppy you may ask ? I am
still waiting for it !!! I ordered it 2 months ago !!!
Unbelievable, no ?
If you had an experience like that, please, tell me how you go
through...
Any comment would be very appreciated...
