hi,
i was out looking for after-christmas bargains tonight when i went
into our local highland appliance store. they have a packard bell
notebook with 1m memory (expandable to 8m), a 1.4m floppy drive, a 20m
hard drive, vga (32 gray-levels), and mouse, serial, parallel,
external keyboard, external monitor, external floppy, and expansion
bus ports (all with documentation). this computer appears to be about
the same size as the compaq 386 and costs $1899.99.
this sounds like a pretty good deal. have any of you heard anything
about this machine?
