Has anybody seen, heard of, used or owned a Chicony computer. I am interested in their notepad computer, the NB5620. The address of Chincony is 3002 Dow Ave, Suite #122, Tustin, CA 92680. If you have could you summarise the reliability of this computer and tell me the cost in U.S $ for comparison with the price in Germany. This company does not seem to have any outlets in England so although its spec is quite good, I am a little reluctant to buy something I have never seen, especially from a Taiwanese company! Also does anybody know of the release dates for Intels 80386SL chip? When will it start to be used in large proportions in new notepads and is it worth waiting for new notepads using its technology to be released? I have heard (?!) that it will be mass produced by March, but a dealer (??!!) said that I would be waiting alot longer before I would see it in new machines. Thanks alot, Jazz. Jason H.
