Need some advice on a portable computer. The two criteria is that is should have: 1. PC Expansion slot (for FAX Card) 2. Floppy Disk Drive (Internal preferred, detachable OK) 3. Battery powered I am looking for a Notebook, but a very light portable is OK. One alternative to needing a slot, would be to use a pocket fax modem. These usually have 25 pin connectors that plug directly into the serial port without a using a cable. Check out the fax version of the World Port modem and the JTFax modem. Some companies make special fax modems for the proprietary modem slot of some laptops as well.
