[comp.sys.laptops] Toshiba external floppy drive?

I'm looking at buying a Toshiba laptop in the very near future, and I'll
need an external 5.25" floppy drive.  I really can't believe that the
local computer stores want $399.00 for a floppy drive for this beast!
 
Has anyone discovered any viable alternatives?
