Recently I had a LOT of trouble replacing a tire on my Starion - I have the tech package with 15" wheels. It came equipped with B.F.Goodrich 215/60R15 Steel Belted Radials with raised white letters. Many dealers told me that this tire does not exist. I called the Eastern Regional Customer Relations Office of Mitsubishi (number in the back of the owner's manual) and they found the tires in a Goodrich warehouse in Medina, Ohio. Despite Goodrich's claims that it would take SEVEN days for me to get the tire, Mitsubishi was able to get them to agree to deliver in 2 days. But the tire didn't arrive... I bought 2 Goodyear NCT 205/60R15 tires for the rear of the car. (Had to buy two, they aren't exactly the same size as the Goodrich's) If you have the same trouble finding a new tire, try the Goodyears; If I get a response to my complaint letter I'll post it. As a result, I now have ONE EXTRA B.F.Goodrich P215/60R15 for a Starion... only 5800 miles on it. It might be a good idea to buy an extra now instead of waiting until you have a flat. If anyone in the central NJ area is interested, I'll sell it for about $100. (they're about $150 new.) Jim McParland allegra!mac (201) 582-2914
