This computer is in perfect condition and the only reason that I'm selling it is because I need the money for a desktop 386SX. 80C88 4.77/8Mhz 640K ram, expandable to 1.64MB Supertwist backlit display, 640x200 CGA compatible 16 shades of blue, pallete adjustable from keyboard. large 10.5" diagonal screen w/ correct screen proportions (a circle looks like a circle) 1 serial, 1 parallel, ext. CRT, ext. 5 1/4 floppy, and ext. keypad ports 2 720K disk drives, optional 20MB hard drive (if you can find one). easy to access contrast and brightness controls. 78 key keyboard w/ inbedded keypad, full size keys, spacing, and travel distance for keys. battery life of 3.1 hours; battery has had very little use. weight ~12 lbs. + battery includes MS DOS 3.3 80C87 8Mhz included (~$120) internal 2400 baud modem included (~$200 option) Minuses: no hard drive 8088 instead of a '286 or '386SX fairly heavy CGA instead of VGA Pluses: Very large screen w/ very easy to read characters under practically any lighting conditions (with the combination of a 10.5" diagonal screen and a well formed character set, text is easier to read on this screen than on a VGA portable screen; graphics, of course, are not as good). keyboard has full size keys, travel distance, and spacing; it has a better feel than most desktop keyboards. internal 2400 baud modem. Best for: People who need a laptop computer for mostly word processing and modem use. $800 + shipping COD (note: I'll include many shareware programs w/ the computer if you want).
