Version 7.6.0 of XBBS is now online. This new version has "variable" menu
entries. Basically, what this means is that "if you see it, you can do it".
For users of other bbs software systems, this is basically what "FIDO", by
Tom Jennings, does.
Files that have changed since version 7.5.1: bbsc1.c, bbscsigs.c, bbsc12.h.
New files for 7.6.0: bbscmenu.c
