Serious or fatal error from PC Interface:
Fatal error in ./pcimapsvr.eth 108:
Connection server can't open network - Bye

Serious or fatal error from PC Interface:
Fatal error in ./pciconsvr.eth 110:

Do you have UDP/IP installed on your system?

Do you have the Snnpci script that does the /usr/pci/bin/pcistart in your
rc2.d directory for the init process?
