[comp.unix.i386] Need to direct screen access

Hi folks,

     This had got to be a candidate to the FAQ list.  I have a
requirement to do direct bitmap access to the screen of an AT&T
6386 machine running System V Release 3.2.  Anybody got any
pointers where I can start on this?
