Having just added fog lamps to my car I would like to get information on where they are illegal. They are connected so that they cannot be on when the headlamps are not on. Examine yje lens on your fog lights. If they are marked DOT, they are legal in all states. Auxilliary lights with clear lenses, i.e. not patterned, are generally legal only for off-road use. Herman Silbiger AT&T-IS Morristown
