Once I got a speeding ticket on my motorcycle, this is how I beat it in court. I was able to convince the judge that the reading the officer got was either 1) actually from one of the four cars around me or 2) that the reading was corrupted by the cars presence. It is well known that radar usually times the vehicle giving the largest echo. In order to beat a speeding ticket you got in your car by this method, you will have to convince the judge that it was the pack of Tractor Trailers and Greyhound Buses around you that caused the high reading. tiberio@seismo.ARPA
