I highly recommend a fire extinquisher as part of everyone's emergency kit. It is surprising how fast an auto can go up in flames--yet how quickly a fire could have been extinquished by an extinquisher when the fire first started. Add to that a first aid kit and a Red Cross course if you really want to be prepared. -- William C.
