The best thing to do is "infocmp AT386 > at386.ti" on your 386, take the at386.ti file to the other machine and run "tic at386.ti" (You might have to set your TERMINFO environment variable to point to your own directory if you don't have write permissions in /usr/lib/terminfo). If the other system doesn't have terminfo, but has termcap, use the -C flag on infocmp.
