Several threads in the past week have talked about availability of
System V/386 versions of various sources. I guess it's about time to post
this.
Note: Most (but not all) of these sources are in daily use at dumbcat which
is currently running 386/ix 2.0.2. No guarantees, however. You get what
you pay for.

This is the file dumbcat!~/INDEX
The following files are available from dumbcat. All are compressed tar
files. If you do not have compress/uncompress first grab the file
~src/compress.tar LZW compress/decompress utility
102400 bytes. Also available as
compress-01 thru compress-02, last part is 51200 bytes
If you don't have tar email marc@dumbcat.sf.ca.us (dumbcat!marc) and we may
be able to work something out.
NOTE: The files live in the directory ~src NOT ~. A typical UUCP command
would be:
uucp dumbcat\!~src/file.Z file.Z
NOTE: This index does NOT live in ~src. If you want to check for changes
grab dumbcat!~INDEX.
NOTE: Large files are also available in 51200 byte chunks for easier
downloading over UUCP. Download the individual pieces, cat them together,
uncompress, and untar. If using GNU tar the command
tar xzvf archive.tar.Z
works quite nicely. (The chunks are also in the ~src directory).
