<no-blank> For anyone interested, any old J. C. Penney warranties which would still be in effect if the J. C. Penney Auto Centers were still around are still good. All warranty claims and/or work can be taken to any Firestone Tire and Auto Center. Yes, they will give you a replacement battery for any old J. C. Penney battery which may have died prematurely. But of course, all replace- ments are Firestone products. In some cases, you can even find a FTAC occupying the same location as the old JCPAC. -- Is I is, or is I aint, John V. Smith
