[net.auto] Bias Belted Tire Recommendation

Can anyone recommend a bias belted tire that can do the following:
	1) good traction in dry weather
	2) good traction in wet weather
	3) good tread life			?

Price is less important than any of the above.
Affect on fuel economy is less important than any of the above.

The car is an older domestic, mid-size that is frequently required
to perform under severe conditions (very demanding driver) and
is by today's standards grossly over-powered for street use.

Why do you want bias belted if price is unimportant?  Be that as it
may, my Charger (also with adequate power, unlike modern cars) is very
happy with its Goodrich Belted T/A's.  Good traction in wet or dry, but
haven't had them long enough to say anything about life.
