[net.auto] Heathkit exhaust analyzer owner.

I own a Heathkit exhaust analyzer.  This unit only measures  CO  (%).
To  use  it on autos WITHOUT catalytic converters, all you have to do
is to stick the sensor tube in the tail pipe.  If you have car with a
catalytic  converter,  you  must  somehow  stick the sensor sensor up
stream of the converter in order to make a measurement.  The accuracy
of the unit is around 1 or 2 % when compared to the state's emmission
testing center Sun IR analyzers.
