[aus.computers.amiga] turbo silver sv - editor problems

I am having some problems with the TurboSilver SV
(V3.01 or V3.10 - I can't remember, but it was released in May '89).

i) The cell editor would not startup if the workbench is loaded,
	even with about 300Kb chip memory and > 2Mb total memory. 
	The old V3.0 is OK.

ii) the editor always runs in interlaced mode. There doesn't
	seem to be a way to turn off the interlace.

The documentation doesn't mention any of this.
Any clues ?
