johnmac@fawlty.towers.oz (John MacLean) (09/03/90)
I have a program on another machine (which I won't even bother naming
so I don't start any inter machine flaming wars) that reads IFF ILBM
graphics.
It reads standard ILBMs fine, but I want to read what I think are HAM
images and convert them via software to RGB tripples so I can display
them.
Here are my questions:
1) Are my files HAM images? - they have the following additional chunks:
CAMG with 0x00, 0x00, 0x08, 0x00.
BHCP which looks like RGB tripples in it.
BHSI I have no idea.
2) How do I convert these images into RGB tripples via software?
I would prefer an E-mail response because, as you probably guessed, I
do not normally read these groups.
Thanks, John MacLean.
