I need information about software packages for road traffic monitoring. In an experiment, the number plates of incoming and outgoing cars are recorded at different positions on the borderline of a city. What we want now is a sort of source-sink matrix for a detailed analysis of the different traffic flows. Does anybody have such a software package running under DOS on a IBM compatible system ? Is it possible to get the source of such a thing? What about the statistical capabilities or graphic output? Please send replies by e-mail, since I normaly do not read these newsgroups.
