[sci.military] Mathematical Studies of Ground Combat

Dwane Aldrich asks about mathematical studies of ground combat. I
think I posted a combat modeling bibliography a while back. If anyone
is interested in it, send me email. I'll email it or repost as
appropriate. Here are the entries in that bibliography that are
specifically about mathematical studies of ground combat.

This book is 160 pages long.(paperback) It's available from:

If you call or write these guys and find out what the cost is,
let me know. I might like a copy for myself. I suspect it won't
be too expensive because it's being distributed by ORSA which is
a professional society and also because it's a paperback. Only
problem is it was published in 1980 and might be out of print.

I haven't seen the rest of these. The first two obviously are
about Lanchester equations. I don't know anything about the Catalog
of Wargaming and Military Simulation Models but it seems like it
would be a gold mine for stuff on this topic.
