One topic in sci.military not deeply discussed is the topic of psychological
warfare. We have discussed the psychology of battle, some strategy
and tactics, but not the general topic from leaflets and "Die Ride of the
Valkries," defensive as well as offensive. It is usually not regarded
seriously by not technologists.
