From: hhm@ihlpy.ATT.COM (Mayo) I am looking for a reference book which shows detailed pictures and drawings of the German V I, or the American built version nicknamed the "Thunderbug". I thumbed through one very good book at a hobby store once, however I can't remember the title or any other details. Larry Mayo

From: "I do not have signature authority. I am not authorized to sign" <chidsey@BRL.MIL> The Ordnance Museum here at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Md 21005, has a V1 and a V2. Come on over with your metre stick and measure to your heart's content. The phone number is 301-278-3602. They are closed 1 day a week, Monday, I think. They might have a book. These are photo books much like the "Squadron Signal" series. They typically have 50+ BW photos/drawings with German captions. The photos are usually very good and include detail shots. They are well worth the $7 price (IMHO). Available from well stocked hobby shops or e-mail me for a mail order source. - Jesse Thorn -- >> UUCP: ...!mcnc!godot!thorn >> INTERNET: thorn@godot.radonc.unc.edu
