From: military@att.att.com (Bill Thacker) Over the last few days to a week, there have been problems with both incoming submissions to sci.military and outgoing postings. The hardworking sysadmins and postmasters here, after many sleepless nights, have apparently got things working (thanks, guys !) again, and have gone so far as to repost what they suspect was lost. Thus, if you see duplicate postings, don't worry. If you find that you've missed a certain posting and desparately want to see it, send me as much info as you can, and I'll dig it out of the archive. Finally, if you submitted something and didn't see it posted, send me info and I'll check.
