[sci.military] Old articles are being reposted.

Some site is spewing ancient articles onto sci.military.  This sort of
thing takes a lot of work to track down, so in the meantime LOOK AT THE
DATE on the article and ignore it if its older than two weeks, or has
an Approved:  field that's not military@amdcad.amd.com.  Feel free to
ask your local News administrator to help track down the culprit site.

But please don't send me answers to questions that were asked (and
answered) months ago.  Sorting them out is a major hassle.
