From: mcvax!bk.dk!rjh02@uunet.uu.net In British Business it was announced that the Rapier Field Standard B2, known as Rapier Darkfire was delivered to the British Army. Darkfire is the name given to the passive electro-optical tracker that replaces the optical tracker of Tower Rapier. Darkfire enables air targets to be engaged at night as well as during the day and when visually obscured by mist, smoke or dusk.
