The last pocket of Polish resistance continues, surrounded at Kock.

Britain organizes special tribunals, to examine over 50,000
enemy aliens living in the London area.

21 American nations, meeting in Panama, establish the Pan-American
Security Zone, which ranges from 300 to 600 miles outward from
the coast of the Americas.  Any hostile activity within this zone
is to be considered an act of war against the Americas.
