[sci.military] Navy Plane Paint Scheme

	I believe it is right after the War when there were growing
concern over radiation from nuclear explosion. The Navy deemed the
control surfaces prone to overheat unless it is painted white. It
would not make too much sense to have a dark blue plane with contrasting
white flaps, ailerons and tail surfaces.

Just call me `Man'. Uh-oh. I don't know.
