I am getting a new car shortly and have narrowed my list down to the following: 1. Honda Accord (5-speed manual) (4-door sedan or 2-door hatchback) 2. Toyota Corolla (5-speed manual) (5-door deluxe liftback) 3. Toyota Camry (5-speed manual) (4-door deluxe sedan) All are 1984 front-wheel drive models and all are gas-powered. I have read all the car and consumer magazines that I can find at the library on all these and earlier versions where possible. Has anyone out there got any of these (83 or 84 acceptable) or heard about them from other owners? I'd like to know what problems (defects, lesser performance, mpg, etc.) they had and what performance they got. Please mail your responses to me and I'll post a summary to net.auto. I want to make my decision by 4/14 so please hurry. I apologize for the lateness of my submission, but we just narrowed it down to these 3 choices Friday night from about 6 choices. Thanks.
