Booty from the destruction of the Soviet 163rd division totals 11 tanks, 25 guns, and 150 trucks. British negotiators put the finishing touches on trade agreements with Turkey, Yugoslavia, and Spain, assuring supplies to the Allies while limiting their avaiability to Germany. Turkey will sell her entire chromium export to the Allies, Yugoslavia promises to increase production of copper, and Spain will begin to sell lead, mercury, and iron ore to Britain and France. In the bargain, the Allies must purchase all of Turkey's fig and grape surplus, as well as Yugoslavia's prune crop.
