(Only one eventually makes it to Kiel) The Dutch government announces its decision to construct three modern battlecruisers for use in the Pacific. Italian technical experts are to assist in the design and construction of the ships. By unanimous vote, the French Chamber of Deputies passes a resolution stating France's resolve to stand united and defend her liberty against all enemies. References: J.
