From: MT666_VINARC@kcgl1.eng.ohio-state.edu As far as I know, the US Navy has several research projects investigating the corrosion of anechoic tiles. Here at Ohio State, Dr. Bryan Wilde, a corrosion expert, once showed a class a section of anechoic tile and described the associated corrosion problems. I believe that he and other members of the Fontana Corrosion Center have done some research in the past regarding this subject. Michael J.
