 Let me note that as we have a mix of people military and non- military as
well as U.S and foreign that what some group members ask at times may be
"improper" (considered well, spying ) by employers or the government for
release.  PLEASE respect this in your questions.  Many people are trained
that if they are asked for manuals to report it.

[mod.note:  As for my policy on this, I think it's likely that such requests 
are not intended to gain access to classified documents; several in fact, 
have specifically asked for public information.   I think it's incumbent 
upon those "in the know" to be careful what they release. - Bill ]
