From: hac@topaz.rutgers.edu (Henry A. Chandler) Well, maybe the chemicals plant is not so *gone* as everyone is tended to believe. New Sat photos from the Air Force and reports from the State Department are now stating that the Lybian Chemical Plant was *not* burned, but *painted* the buildings black so that they would appear to be burned. Of course, Lybia has denied these reports and still insists that several countries including the US had sabbotaged the plant. Oh, BTW, if Lybia is infact planning something big with their new long range air force, I think Egypt would be in a more worrisome position than Israel. -Henry
