I recall seeing something in the newspaper here last week suggesting that Iraq
was capable of producing or had produced Fuel/Air Explosives (FAEs). I believe
these were first used by the US during Vietnam. Could anyone comment on the
following:
1) The effectiveness of such weapons compared with conventional explosives.
2) How much truth is there in this report. Iraq obviously has no shortage of
Fuels, but what about delivery systems?
