From: larry@omews10.intel.com (Larry Smith) The 10/1/90 Aviation Week & Space Technology has several very interesting stories under the heading "Secret Programs Display Advanced Aircraft Technologies". There are two stories. The first is a background story entitled: "Secret Advanced Vehicles Demonstrate Technologies For Future Military Use". The second is a story on sightings. It is entitled: "Multiple Sightings of Secret Aircraft Hint at New Propulsion, Airframe Designs". There are two artist depictions based on the sightings as well. The captions have been reversed though. The first picture talks of a unmanned hypersonic vehicle, but you can see a person sitting in the cockpit behind the windscreen. The stories talk about 2 or more types of vehicles (not E.T. UFOs) that people have seen flying around the Southwest (mostly at night). One is a triangle shaped bird seen with F-117s and the other is a bird that they are calling the pulser, because of its distinctive pulsating sound. The pulser is the bird they mentioned briefly back in the AW&ST Vista issue (12/18/89). Larry
