Each PSU has three force elements: boat crews equipped with Napco Raiders (heavily armed Boston Whaler), Explosive Loading Advisory Teams (ELAT), and Fuel Transfer Safety Teams (FTST). To date, the boat crew elements of PSU Milwaukee have been deployed. They are providing security in the harbors where unloading of the heavy equipment and ammunition are taking place.
