From: Leo Geesink <A6014LHG%HASARA11.BITNET@CUNYVM.CUNY.EDU> The Dutch government has decided to sent a mobile hospital to the gulf. The equipment has already arrived. The only problem is the people. All the flights until the 14th of january have been full booked. The government also decided to send 2 squadrons of patriot missiles to assist in the defence of turkey. (a dutch patriot sq consist of 5 launchers with 8 missiles each, including 4 backup missiles). The USAF had provided air-lift but they needed the planes themselves. Since the Royal Netherlands Air Force doesn't have such cargo planes, (C5's), the patriots have to be send by ship. So, they would probably arrive a little bit late.
