Two points from awhile back i'd like to comment on:

1.) The A-37 Dragonfly was manufactured by Hughes, the manufacturer was sought.

2.) The Atomic Test Castle did actually occur (most likely continuing Operation
Crossroads). It took place on Bikini Island itself.

The International Encyclopedia of Aviation, and many other books I have, all
list the T-37 and A-37 as a product of Cessna. Not one of them lists Hughes
as the manufacturer. I have also seen the Dragonfly on display at airshows
and it has always been the Cessna A-37 Dragonfly.

Do you mean that Cessna subcontracted Hughes to do the assembly?

The T-37 was designed and built by Cessna. I had always assumed that the
A-37 variant of the T-37 was also built by Cessna.
