From: vaitl@ucselx.sdsu.edu (Eric Vaitl) The Lt. General in charge of the air battle (I forget his name) had very high praise for his "battle management computer." Apparently, the system would recommend the targets and munitions to be used for the first strike. Can anybody out there give some insight on the actual inputs and output for this thing? Any AI involved? or is it more like a big spreadsheet?
