From: ktaylor@skippy.umiacs.umd.edu (Kenneth Taylor) Here's a naive question. Apparently the Iraqi Airforce has on occasion flown up to meet incoming allied planes, only to head north once allied planes weapons radar has been engaged. My question is this. Is there anything that the Iraqi's can learn from this? That is, is there anything about radar frequencies, etc? that they can learn, that they might not otherwise know? If so, how valuable is what they can learn? That is, to what end, if any might they be able to put it? And what would it take to enable them to put it to that use?
