From: jpoole@UCSD.EDU (Jude Poole) Depsite the announced jamming by allied forces, Hussein is obviously able to broadcast both radio and TV signals which are being received at least by some people. Is there some technical or strategic reason not to jam these signals? On a similar note: CNN is a cable channel here in San Diego. Is it broadcast to most parts of the world?
