From: josh@klaatu.rutgers.edu (J Storrs Hall) In football terminology, it seems fair that we might credit air strikes on Scud sites with some "hurries", resulting in the apparent recent decrease in accuracy by Scuds. The "Encyclopedia of Rockets and Missiles" (1979) claims: "Certainly the time taken to set up and fire the Scud-B is much less than the hour of Scud-A, and End Tray radar is used for radiosonde tracking for upper-atmosphere data." Even so, if I knew that my radar were attracting a flight of wrathful F-15's, I might be tempted to hurry the measurements a bit. --JoSH
