Apparently, between the cruise missiles and the Nighthawks, the Iraqis never knew what hit them. The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs seemed very satisfied at their performance during a briefing on the second day or so. These are really awesome planes, and they seem to have earned their development funding. They may have even earned the development funding of the the Advanced Technology Fighter that the Defense Department is pushing for.
