The F-16 actually has what may be the world's most advanced ground
attack system for use with iron bombs. The Israelis reportedly prefer
the use of the F-16 for ground attack; in their attack on the Iraqi
nuclear reactor and fuel processing cell, F-16s were used for the
actual attack, and F-15s for CAP.

A friend who services F-16s told me that the computer game "Falcon"
was a pretty good simulation of what the system looks like in use; interested
parties might take note.

The standard Israeli battle rifle is the Galil, made in both 5.56mm and
7.62mm varients. It's essentially an improved AK-47, with (reportedly) the
the reliability of the AK-47 and a number of improvements. I believe the
standard issue weapon of the Israeli army is the 5.56mm model, with the
7.62mm model being principly an export model, but there may be some domestic
use of the 7.62mm model. I have fired neither, but those who have report that
both are extremely reliable and accurate.

The Galil design has also been licensed to South Africa, who produce their
own varient.
